Four laning of Bangalore-Chennai Expressway from Km 204.500 to Km 230.000 (Arakkonam to Kancheepuram Section) under Bharatmala on Hybrid Annuity Mode (Phase III/Package – III) in the State of Tamil Nadu.

The Government of India had entrusted to the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI/Authority), the development, maintenance and management of Four laning of Bangalore-Chennai Expressway from Km 204.500 to Km 230.000 (Arakkonam to Kancheepuram Section) under Bharatmala (Phase III/Package – III) (the "Project") on Design, Build, Operate and Transfer (the "Hybrid Annuity") basis. The Site of the Project Highway is a section of National Expressway (NE-07) from Km 204+500 to Km 230+000 in the State of Tamil Nadu. The Alignment of the project road starts near Karnavoor and runs through nearby villages namely, Mahendravadi, Perapperi, Uliyanallur, Vepperi, Punnai, Vettankulam, Asanellikuppam, Sayanavaram, Nelvai, Pallur, Thirumalpur, Govindavadi, Putheri, Maniachi, Veliyur, Parandhur, Siruvakkam and ends near Thandalam. The total length of the project stretch is 25.50 km, which runs through Ranipet and Kancheepuram Districts. In accordance with the provisions of the Concession Agreement, the Four Lane Divided Carriage Way with Flexible Pavement for the entire Project Highway shall be undertaken by Concessionaire.
